This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to assist prospects during the evaluation and sales process.
• Comprehend enterprise customer needs and organize and deliver demonstrations and trials.
• Assist prospects with self-service setup and manage basic user and integration provisioning.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product features, technical details, security, and data privacy, involving internal teams as necessary.
• Set up demo and trial environments with sample agreements tailored to the specific use cases of prospects.
• Coordinate document and data migrations with internal teams.
• Identify bugs and functionality issues, escalating them to Engineering and managing the resolution process.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and proofs of concept that address distinct business objectives.
• Work collaboratively on RFPs and questionnaires across various functions.
• Develop and maintain technical content and documentation.
• Become a subject matter expert on the Spellbook platform and stay informed about competitors.
• Participate in events or conferences and conduct internal training sessions as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical support, or a related customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Understanding of security and data privacy frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, and PIPEDA.
• Experience in troubleshooting application setup, account configuration, and basic user provisioning issues.
• Familiarity with configuring software integrations for customer trials or onboarding processes.
• Ability to convey technical concepts and business advantages to both technical and non-technical audiences, including legal professionals and IT teams.
• Capacity to understand customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced and unstructured settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar customer interaction management tools.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
• Preferred: experience in a startup environment.

• Preferred: experience in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.
