Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify and map unfamiliar technology stacks for clients, including CRM, ERP, finance tools, spreadsheets, and undocumented automations.

• Facilitate technical deep dives during paid Leadership Intensives.

• Conduct screen-share walkthroughs, investigate data structures, and outline integration surfaces.

• Develop interview guides, screen-share protocols, and process inventories.

• Compile and synthesize insights from client interviews.

• Manage regulated or sensitive data with care, utilizing de-identified exports or synthetic datasets when necessary.

• Prepare executive use cases and technical frameworks for live build sessions.

• Troubleshoot live technical challenges during executive build sessions.

• Present demos transparently and clarify discrepancies between prototypes and production solutions.

• Create 90-day technical roadmaps detailing outcomes, effort sizing, sequencing, data prerequisites, and team composition.

• Advise delivery engineers on feasibility and facilitate internal feasibility and margin assessments.

• Develop roadmaps that effectively balance foundational work and client-specific tasks.

• Construct rapid proofs of concept utilizing client data and AI tools.

• Maintain an opportunity library of reusable patterns.

• Oversee schemas and knowledge for the AI diagnosis system.

• Aid in engineering recruitment by observing and scoring technical assessments.

• Engage in feasibility reviews to enhance roadmap turnaround.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, technical consultant, or full-stack engineer in client-facing positions.

• Regular interaction with non-technical clients through discovery processes, demos, or workshops.

• Practical experience delivering real solutions utilizing LLM APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and workflow automation.

• Public GitHub repositories or live products are highly preferred.

• Proficient in mapping unfamiliar CRM, ERP, finance, spreadsheet, API, and data environments.

• Proven track record in precise project scoping and estimation.

• Experience in declining or minimizing technically unfeasible, risky, or commercially unviable scopes.

• Capability to draft clear roadmaps for non-technical executives.

• Full professional fluency in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese for internal collaboration is a significant advantage.

• Fluency in data engineering is a strong asset.

• Experience with security and compliance in an executive-facing context is beneficial.

• Teaching or mentoring experience is a valuable plus.
