Senior Functional Consultant / Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend business needs, pinpoint gaps, and convert these requirements into functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Oversee functional tasks throughout Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.

• Perform business process analysis and lead workshops for requirement gathering and design.

• Develop functional solutions while documenting business requirements, functional designs, configurations, processes, and critical decisions.

• Assist in the comprehensive implementation lifecycle, including analysis and requirement definition, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, UAT, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.

• Offer functional leadership and direction to junior functional consultants.

• Evaluate deliverables from junior consultants to ensure project quality is upheld.

• Detect functional issues, risks, scope discrepancies, and dependencies, while proactively communicating them to the Project Manager and project team.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience working autonomously as a Senior Functional Consultant or a similar position.

• Practical implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Proven experience in leading client-facing requirement gathering and solution design.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes.

• Experience across various phases of ERP implementation projects.

• Ability to independently identify problems and suggest feasible solutions.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Capability to mentor and lead junior consultants.

• Experience working with manufacturing clients in the United States is preferred.

• Preference for experience with global implementation projects.

• Experience supporting Japanese companies or multinational organizations is desirable.

• Background in pre-sales, estimates, project planning, or solution architecture is advantageous.
