Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison during platform assessments and migrations.

• Facilitate technical exploration, comprehensive product demonstrations, and customized presentations.

• Develop demonstration environments (sandboxes) and assist with technical configurations and modifications.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure effective customer migrations.

• Generate technical documentation, migration guides, and supplementary materials.

• Convert technical features into business advantages for clients and potential customers.

• Provide insights and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a comparable technical pre-sales position.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in showcasing complex products.

• Experience engaging with enterprise clients and large organizations.

• Knowledge of security, compliance, and IT processes within mid-sized or large enterprises.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to link technical solutions to customer requirements and business goals.

• Collaborative, independent, strategic, and adept at working in fast-paced environments.

• High school diploma.

• English-language resume is mandatory.
