Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, set up, and enhance HubSpot along with associated systems.

• Connect business strategies with technical execution in collaboration with RevOps Strategists and the Engineering team.

• Convert business needs into dependable technical solutions.

• Enhance data accuracy and automate workflows.

• Develop tailored solutions within HubSpot.

• Map and integrate data models across multiple systems.

• Define, plan, and execute technically intricate projects.

• Document system architecture and workflows.

• Provide regular updates on project status.

• Deliver scalable HubSpot solutions and dependable systems that foster measurable results for partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets/Apps Scripting.

• Over 3 years of experience with HubSpot.

• More than 3 years of experience in Database Development.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.

• 3+ years of experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Webhooks.

• 3+ years of experience in HTML and React.

• 3+ years of experience scripting in Python 3.x or Node.js.

• Knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, or Tray.io.

• Capability to create custom solutions in HubSpot within the initial 6 months.

• Ability to comprehend business and revenue operations goals and translate them into technical specifications.

• Proficiency in mapping and integrating multi-system data models.

• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Competence in scoping, planning, and executing technically complex projects.

• Skill in documenting architecture and workflows while providing regular updates.
