Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical integrations with key APAC partners, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other participants in the ecosystem.

• Act as the main technical liaison during the onboarding, implementation, launch, and post-launch support phases for partners.

• Assist the Business Development team during technical evaluations, architectural discussions, and partner assessments.

• Diagnose intricate technical challenges and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to find solutions.

• Foster relationships with partner engineering teams and offer technical support throughout the integration process.

• Manage partner launches and promote post-launch adoption and technical success.

• Convert partner feedback into actionable enhancements for products.

• Enhance the developer experience through improved documentation, tools, and integration procedures.

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Operations teams.

• Stay updated on developments in blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, APIs, and the digital asset ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, Developer Relations, or a comparable technical customer-facing position.

• A solid foundation in software or systems engineering.

• Proficiency in understanding APIs, distributed systems, and blockchain infrastructure.

• Professional experience in crypto, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or Web3.

• Experience in supporting technical integrations with external partners or enterprise clients.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to independently manage partner relationships and drive projects from inception to production launch.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is a requirement.

• Willingness to maintain approximately 8–10 hours of weekly overlap with teams based in the U.S.

• Preferred: experience with exchange integrations, institutional trading infrastructure, digital asset custody platforms, DeFi protocols, tokenization platforms, real-world asset infrastructure, REST APIs, SDKs, blockchain nodes, smart contracts, developer tooling, institutional financial markets, trading infrastructure, or capital markets.
