Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Become an expert in one of Gainwell’s primary solution areas.

• Conduct product demonstrations and engage in discussions regarding product strategy and roadmaps, considering market, technology, and regulatory trends.

• Collaborate with business developers, account managers, competency managers, and executive management throughout all stages of solution development.

• Facilitate the clear expression of client requirements and identify relevant dependencies.

• Engage in solution selling activities.

• Ensure that marketing strategies are in harmony with sales initiatives and launch plans.

• Assist in the creation of content for specific client proposals.

• Lead client-specific solution architecture, development, and communication in intricate IT environments involving both Gainwell and other technologies.

• Support state procurement with both technology and business solutions tailored for the health and human services sector.

• Work together with product, engineering, sales, delivery, senior leadership, and client teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of nine years of experience in business solutions within one of Gainwell’s solution domains.

• Strong abilities in creative thinking, problem-solving, planning, time management, communication, and organization.

• Extensive experience with Medicaid and/or the Public Sector is essential.
