Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of direct customers from their initial demonstration through to live implementation and final go-live.

• Conduct demonstrations for mid-market and enterprise HR clients utilizing platforms like Bullhorn and Salesforce, or through direct API integrations.

• Assess customer requirements and explore their systems along with third-party APIs.

• Create and present proof-of-concepts tailored to specific customer needs.

• Configure Onboarded to reflect the HR workflows of customers.

• Gather requirements and design the implementation architecture in collaboration with clients.

• Oversee implementation projects to ensure successful go-live outcomes.

• Convert customer feedback into user stories and product specifications.

• Provide guidance to the Product team regarding platform advancements.

• Leverage AI agents, iPaaS tools, Claude Code, Cloudflare, and internal resources to enhance productivity and develop solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in HR technology or closely related fields.

• Familiarity with staffing and high-volume, complex employers.

• Proficiency in HR operations, including E-Verify, I-9, background checks, credentialing, and payroll transitions.

• Demonstrated experience in presenting software to HR audiences.

• Strong knowledge of APIs and integrations.

• Proven experience in building integrations between SaaS platforms.

• Background with applicant tracking systems and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Capability to navigate both pre-sales and hands-on implementation tasks.

• Skill in configuring platforms and modeling customer workflows.

• Ability to think on your feet, respond in real-time, and creatively resolve issues under pressure.

• Proficient in articulating the impact of agentic AI on business and work processes.

• Self-motivated individual who challenges conventional methods and works independently.
