This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Provide consultation on the sales, design, and implementation of IT products and solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their technology requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop secure, scalable, and outcome-driven solutions across various domains including managed services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, networking, data protection, compliance, and digital transformation.
• Evaluate current IT environments and offer recommendations to both existing and potential clients.
• Create comprehensive Statements of Work for clients and internal reference.
• Formulate budgets that align with client needs, IT specifications, and business objectives.
• Analyze, prepare, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team during initial prospect discussions.
• Work alongside Client Executives, Account Managers, Sales Operations, field personnel, delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous client proposals in a dynamic managed IT services setting.
• Provide after-hours support to clients as necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Candidates must reside in the PST time zone; preference is given to those in California, Washington state, or Seattle.
• Proficiency in presales activities with MS Office 365, including Entra ID, Intune, and MFA.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Cowork.
• Experience with Microsoft-based servers and workstations.
• Understanding of private and public cloud services, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and Nutanix.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their implementation.
• Awareness of cybersecurity services, including EDR, MDR, SIEM, SOC, and SOAR.
• Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with network firewalls and managed switches.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and CMMC.
• Existing Microsoft or AWS certifications are advantageous.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, with after-hours support as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
