Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical workshops customized to address client challenges and their data environments.

• Establish success criteria for proofs of concept and assist potential customers through technical evaluations.

• Create technical diagrams, documentation, and reusable resources that illustrate Matia's integrations with the Modern Data Stack.

• Oversee the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for customer inquiries.

• Diagnose integration problems and collaborate with Engineering to resolve bugs.

• Offer practical guidance to customers.

• Relay technical needs and feature deficiencies to the Product and Engineering teams in Israel.

• Collaborate with Marketing to produce technical content, such as webinars, blog posts, and whitepapers centered on DataOps use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with the Modern Data Stack, which includes ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Data Observability, and Data Governance.

• Proficient in troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing logs, testing APIs, and finding solutions for complex data pipelines.

• Capable of clearly explaining intricate technical concepts to Data Engineers and C-level executives.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic Series A environment with evolving responsibilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

• An active LinkedIn profile is required for application submission.

• Preferred: experience in a data consultancy or as a Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer practitioner.

• Preferred: experience providing support to customers across various time zones.
