• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable solutions.

• Develop integrations and workflows enhanced by AI for the tasks assigned.

• Regularly utilize cutting-edge AI agentic tools and coding processes in project execution.

• Assist stakeholders in leveraging practical AI capabilities through advanced models, agents, and workflows.

• Confirm deliverables with users and integrate their feedback effectively.

• Create clear operational transitions to ensure solutions remain functional over time.

• Work in partnership with Technology leadership and colleagues across various functions.

• Make informed decisions regarding scope, quality, and communication within a dynamic agency setting.

• Take ownership of outcomes from start to finish and provide solutions that stakeholders genuinely utilize.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering solutions, integrations, and/or collaborating with technical stakeholders.

• Capability to translate vague requirements into tangible, validated results.

• Practical experience and comfort with advanced AI agentic tools and models in real-world implementations.

• Proven history of professional and personal projects utilizing AI or agentic coding workflows, with tangible results to showcase.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent discipline in handoff processes.

• Flexibility to navigate smoothly in a digital, cross-functional Technology environment.
