📋 Description

• Become part of a rapidly growing early-stage team focused on addressing both technical and customer challenges.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively convey Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategic direction.

• Take ownership of technical customer interactions and assist in securing high-velocity opportunities.

• Present product and technical information to both potential and current customers.

• Engage with customers and internal teams to share insights on products and competitive landscape.

• Lead discussions on product development based on customer requirements and issues.

• Improve documentation, create blog posts, record videos, contribute to knowledge base articles, and develop enablement materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally situated in the Central Region of the United States.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, preferably with Open Source technologies or within the Metrics/Monitoring domain.

• Exceptional judgment, collaboration skills, and leadership abilities.

• Competence in working and collaborating with an international team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to articulate the value and technical benefits of products.

• A technical mindset with an eagerness to develop further in technical skills.

• Proficiency in resolving technical issues and providing innovative solutions for customers.

• Self-driven, proactive, and inventive.

• Recent completion of a coding bootcamp or prior experience in post-sales or engineering roles is appreciated.
