Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients throughout Latin America.

• Create and present customized demonstrations, architecture workshops, and client presentations.

• Oversee technical assessments and proofs of value with defined success metrics.

• Articulate enterprise AI, search, and SaaS architecture, addressing integrations, data flows, identity, permissions, security, and operational trade-offs.

• Assist clients in evaluating build versus buy decisions.

• Develop ROI cases specific to clients and prepare business justifications ready for procurement.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities, map stakeholders, align goals, and outline actionable next steps.

• Sustain technical and executive relationships amidst evolving stakeholder and evaluation demands.

• Provide insights from customers, identify product gaps, and recognize competitive trends to inform Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering teams.

• Generate reusable regional demonstrations, offer technical guidance, and share field learnings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles in enterprise SaaS.

• Proficient in technical discovery and solution design.

• Capable of explaining integration, identity, security, and architectural trade-offs.

• Experienced in delivering tailored demonstrations, workshops, or technical evaluations for clients.

• Skilled in defining valuable proofs of value and measuring success.

• Able to convert technical compatibility into business value.

• Experience in engaging with technical buyers and collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese for customer interactions and materials.

• Professional proficiency in English for internal communications.

• Demonstrates curiosity and adaptability in enterprise AI, search, and contemporary SaaS platforms.

• Strong written communication skills, reliable follow-through, and a collaborative mindset.

• Must be based remotely in Latin America.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI, search, knowledge management, data platforms, developer tools, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, identity and access management, security assessments, competitive evaluations, ROI models, technical business cases, reusable demonstrations, or regional enablement materials is advantageous but not mandatory.
