Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients throughout Latin America

• Develop and present customized demonstrations, architecture workshops, and client presentations

• Oversee technical assessments and proofs of value with defined scopes and measurable success indicators

• Articulate enterprise AI, search, and SaaS architecture, encompassing integrations, data flows, identity, permissions, security, and operational trade-offs

• Assist clients in assessing build versus buy decisions

• Construct tailored ROI cases and business rationales ready for procurement

• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads, identify stakeholders, align meeting goals, and determine next steps

• Cultivate technical and executive relationships while maintaining momentum amidst changing evaluations

• Relay customer feedback, product gaps, and competitive trends to Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering teams

• Develop reusable regional demonstrations, technical guidance, and insights from the field

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS

• Proficient in technical discovery and solution design

• Capability to elucidate integration, identity, security, and architectural trade-offs

• Experience in delivering client-specific demonstrations, workshops, or technical evaluations

• Skill in defining proofs of value with quantifiable success metrics and decision outcomes

• Ability to convert technical compatibility into business value

• Experience collaborating with technical buyers and working alongside Sales and cross-functional teams

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese for client-facing discussions and materials

• Professional proficiency in English for internal communication

• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about enterprise AI, search, and contemporary SaaS platforms

• Exceptional written communication skills and reliable follow-through

• Familiarity with enterprise AI, search, knowledge management, data platforms, developer tools, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, identity and access management, security assessments, competitive evaluations, ROI models, technical business cases, reusable demos, or regional enablement materials is a plus but not mandatory
