Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

• Develop technical proposals and configurations that meet customer specifications.

• Collaborate with sales teams to gain insights into customer requirements and offer technical assistance throughout the sales process.

• Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate more complicated issues to senior engineers as necessary.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

• Manage moderately complex tasks using discretion within established frameworks.

• Receive general guidance on new tasks and minimal supervision for day-to-day activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and high-availability systems.

• Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies, including both public and private cloud solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of web protocols and application architectures (HTTP/TLS/SSL).

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and architectures.

• Understanding of PKI principles.

• Experience in creating and showcasing demo environments.

• Ability to operate with moderate supervision and apply independent judgment within established parameters.
