Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and present customized, narrative-driven demonstrations that align with the objectives and challenges faced by prospects.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop a demonstration strategy that emphasizes value, differentiation, and practical outcomes.

• Simplify intricate technical features into understandable stories for non-technical audiences.

• Represent Element451 in presentations with enthusiasm and creativity.

• Design, set up, and conduct hands-on, time-limited Proofs of Concept (POCs).

• Develop and train AI agents, prompt workflows, and knowledge repositories.

• Establish and monitor success metrics for POCs, including conversion rates, cycle times, and engagement levels.

• Maintain data security, ensure FERPA compliance, and uphold accessibility standards throughout all engagements.

• Produce reusable demonstration materials and promote internal proficiency in AI.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting.

• Required experience in SaaS, with a preference for higher education technology.

• Demonstrated success in delivering demonstrations or POCs that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a vibrant personality.

• Advanced, hands-on expertise with AI tools, such as Claude and Claude Cowork.

• Comprehensive understanding of CRM systems, APIs, data integration, and no-code/low-code platforms.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• A background in higher education, admissions, enrollment, or marketing is preferred.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Slate, or Salesforce is advantageous.

• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Zapier, or Dialogflow is preferred.

• Direct experience with a competitor is a plus.
