Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in recognizing the value of Cribl throughout the sales process

• Demonstrate the product and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls

• Provide support to customers during proof of concept sessions

• Document compelling use cases in blog posts and product documentation

• Travel may be required up to 30%

• Occasionally perform responsibilities outside of standard working hours across different time zones

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security

• Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Experience in remote working environments

• Must reside in Singapore
