Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for clients assessing or transitioning between platforms.

• Comprehend customer environments and devise migration strategies that align with their infrastructure.

• Take ownership of technical discovery sessions, in-depth demonstrations, and sandbox environments for potential and existing clients.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless migrations and quick realization of post-migration benefits.

• Assist with configuration and implement minor technical modifications for successful deployment.

• Create and update technical documentation, migration manuals, and communication scripts.

• Convert technical functionalities into business value for both technical and financial stakeholders.

• Incorporate feedback from prospects and customers into Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and identify migration challenges.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of both Compliance Manager and Guard platforms.

• Contribute to a multi-year migration project from late 2026 through the end of 2028.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales position.

• Profound technical expertise, including the capability to demonstrate complex products, clarify configuration and implementation specifics, and respond to technical inquiries.

• Proven experience in managing relationships with large, intricate organizations, ideally with a highly technical enterprise product.

• Familiarity with and ability to navigate security, compliance, and IT procedures in large enterprises.

• Skill in linking technical details to customer business value.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable presenting in one-on-one settings, small groups, and larger audiences.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Team-oriented, humble, and self-motivated approach.

• Previous experience in healthcare compliance, governance, risk, or security product areas is a plus.

• Experience in supporting product migrations or platform transitions is advantageous.

• Background in collaborating with distributed or offshore teams is a benefit.

• Ability to operate effectively in a small, fast-paced environment is a nice-to-have.
