Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements while outlining current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in accordance with established design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, promote user adoption, resolve issues, and drive continuous process enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide dependable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 4+ years of experience in a related professional capacity.

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, including workflows, permissions, automation, marketplace applications, REST APIs, and enterprise administration.

• Background in implementing, developing, managing, or supporting the enterprise platform referenced in the job title.

• Strong grasp of pertinent business processes and the core functionalities of the platform.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.

• Capability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
