AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and present tailored demonstrations for customers utilizing operational data, workflows, and use cases.

• Analyze, map, validate, transform, and troubleshoot structured data through SQL, APIs, scripting, and analytics tools.

• Conduct technical discovery on customer systems, data sources, integrations, security requirements, and desired outcomes.

• Define pilot projects with well-defined technical specifications, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria.

• Accurately convey current capabilities while identifying areas where configuration, integration, or product development is necessary.

• Manage routine technical presales activities and collaborate with Product or Engineering for more complex architecture or feasibility inquiries.

• Convert successful demonstrations, data mappings, and integration strategies into reusable playbooks.

• Assist account teams in effectively presenting AI Solutions to executives, operational teams, and IT stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years in Solutions Engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.

• Practical experience with SQL, APIs, data mapping, validation, transformation, and integration troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.

• Experience in creating or modifying demonstrations and proofs of concept using customer data.

• Familiarity with AI, analytics, and LLM-based applications.

• Good judgment regarding technical limitations.

• Strong skills in discovery, problem-solving, live demonstrations, and communication with both technical and business audiences.

• Adaptability to evolving products.

• Willingness to travel for significant customer engagements.
