Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and implement AI assistants, agents, and intelligent workflows tailored for enterprise applications.

• Transform architectural designs into operational, tested, and documented AI assistants, agents, workflows, automations, and low-code applications.

• Set up prompts, instructions, actions, connectors, knowledge sources, permissions, and human-review steps within Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Agentforce.

• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Salesforce, and enterprise ERP systems.

• Collaborate with architects and client teams to create rapid prototypes and proofs of concept.

• Carry out test cases based on criteria for accuracy, relevance, reliability, security, usability, performance, and cost.

• Prepare for production deployments, including documentation, monitoring setup, support transitions, and promotion runs in accordance with client change processes.

• Diagnose and enhance live solutions utilizing usage data and user feedback.

• Produce technical documentation, user manuals, and reusable components.

• Engage in bi-weekly planning meetings and weekly client working/demo sessions.

• Report the monthly distribution between new builds and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in delivering business applications, automation, systems integration, or low-code solutions.

• Practical production experience with Power Automate and Power Apps; familiarity with Dataverse, connector limits, environment strategy, and permission models is preferred.

• At least one agent, copilot, or intelligent workflow developed and deployed to production in the past 12 months using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Agentforce.

• Understanding of production generative AI behavior, including grounding, prompt structure, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and Microsoft Graph.

• Experience with source control, ALM, and deployment pipelines for Power Platform or Azure.

• Verified English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Preferred certifications: PL-400, PL-200, AI-102, or Agentforce Specialist.

• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, or C#.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration or Agentforce.

• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial automation, field service, or engineering environments.

• Experience in enterprise ERP integration, such as IFS.
