This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Lead global ELN and LIMS implementation initiatives from inception through post-launch stabilization.
• Establish standards for implementation, governance processes, and best practices for deployment.
• Manage the scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and executive reporting for projects.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for teams involved in implementation and training.
• Direct change management and training strategies to facilitate effective system adoption.
• Oversee the development of training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and implementation results.
• Supervise implementation project plans and drive accountability to meet expected implementation KPIs.
• Manage relationships and coordinate priorities and schedules with internal software teams.
• Travel for on-site visits approximately 2 weeks per month, averaging around 50% travel.
• B.S. or B.A. degree, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant software implementation leadership, such as Laboratory Information Management/Electronic Laboratory Notebook (LIMS/ELN) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a global capacity.
• Experience in people management and leadership.
• Proven project management experience.
• Leadership experience in software implementation.
• Background in bioscience or laboratory settings.
• Experience in regulated environments, such as CFR Part 11 / GMP Annex 11.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without any restrictions or sponsorship.
• Excellent English communication skills.
