This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Facilitate sessions to gather process and business requirements, documenting future business processes by utilizing best practices in supply planning.
• Identify, gather, and map intricate enterprise data from various sources such as databases, ERPs, and flat files.
• Transform complex business logic into scalable designs for technical platforms.
• Prepare technical specification documents and configure tools within the o9 platform.
• Establish comprehensive performance monitoring systems.
• Employ mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze enterprise datasets.
• Deliver actionable business insights and create data visualizations for client leadership.
• Perform data integration (ETL) and develop models that produce time-series forecasts and operational plans.
• Work in collaboration with Internal R&D teams to address solution gaps and implement custom fixes in client environments.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects.
• Design and implement testing protocols for workflow and data analytics.
• Document trackable issues and facilitate automated testing with support from Junior Analysts.
• Plan, develop, and deliver training sessions for Super Users and End Users on a global scale.
• Guide Junior Analysts on both technical and business aspects of large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields, including Supply Chain Engineering with a focus on operations, supply chain, or analytics.
• Over 6 years of practical experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or functioning within a complex supply chain/logistics organization.
• Proven experience leading a team through the entire lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation, encompassing business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.
• Previous experience in configuring and deploying advanced planning systems, with significant exposure to enterprise ERP tools.
• A demonstrated history of applying Agile methodologies to execute large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Outstanding capability to present and clarify complex technical and mathematical subjects to both executive and technical audiences.
• Extensive supply planning experience with one or more supply planning products is essential.
• Proficient knowledge of database architecture, such as SQL Server and MySQL, along with strong coding abilities in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, data mining expertise, and proficiency in managing large datasets.
• Coursework or a solid background in mathematics and statistics is necessary.
• Ability to discern key insights, prioritize effectively, and concentrate on high-value opportunities or significant risks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Docs is essential.
