This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Provide customized product demonstrations tailored to Sales qualifications and specific prospect use cases.
• Evaluate solution compatibility as Green, Yellow, Red, or NA to inform Sales investment decisions.
• Organize and facilitate in-platform free trials accompanied by coaching sessions.
• Address technical inquiries and recognize potential obstacles early in the process.
• Keep an up-to-date understanding of the Immersive platform as well as competitor technologies.
• Conduct kick-off sessions and oversee initial onboarding during the first 60 days of customer engagement.
• Offer basic integration guidance utilizing documentation and standard connectors.
• Direct more complex technical requirements to Support.
• Manage check-ins and coaching sessions during the first and second months of customer onboarding.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to promote user adoption.
• Assist in the phased migration of Standard customers to Immersive One Core.
• Contribute to the creation of repeatable enablement content and self-service resources.
• Reconnect on expansion opportunities through demonstrations and trial coaching.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations teams.
• Advocate for the customer perspective to the product, content, and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, AI developments, trends, and new technologies.
• Located in Portugal.
• Proven experience in the cybersecurity field is crucial.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Ideally possess experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting.
• Comfortable managing high volumes of work, executing repeatable tasks across multiple accounts while adhering to tight timelines.
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including delivering webinars and bootcamps.
• Ability to quickly assess and prioritize tasks, and communicate technical concepts clearly and without jargon.
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, encompassing computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Familiarity with information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Experience in delivering onboarding, enablement, or large-scale sessions.
• Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) or digitally-driven customer interactions.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools like IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must have the right to work in the region without sponsorship.
