This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with enterprise clients throughout Germany and the wider DACH region.
• Provide guidance to senior procurement and finance stakeholders by gaining insights into their processes, challenges, and personnel.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clients' sourcing and procurement strategies, encompassing category management and the optimization of the end-to-end procurement process.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and align them with Pactum's capabilities.
• Showcase Pactum's tangible benefits to clients and partners.
• Create and present engaging narratives that link Pactum's capabilities to desired business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
• Develop thorough and persuasive business cases.
• Assist clients and stakeholders in comprehending Pactum's offerings and their relevance to specific needs.
• Collaborate with Account Management to enhance existing customer engagement and discover new opportunities.
• Relay customer insights to the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence product development and market strategies.
• Reside in the United States, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zone.
• Over 5 years of experience in procurement consulting or a solutions consulting position, with extensive procurement knowledge, particularly with large enterprise organizations.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, category management, and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• Proficient in creating and delivering convincing narratives under tight deadlines and in front of senior audiences.
• Experienced in facilitating workshops and discovery sessions that pinpoint customer challenges and align them with solutions.
• Analytical and data-oriented; comfortable navigating complex data to identify trends and formulate recommendations.
• Strong project management abilities; adept at managing timelines, resources, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Consultative approach; capable of earning trust by thoroughly understanding problems before suggesting solutions.
• Quick to adapt, responsive to incoming requests, and able to avoid over-perfectionism.
• High sense of ownership coupled with humility; skilled at pursuing results, navigating uncertainty, and working independently.
• Genuine interest in AI, negotiation, and the evolving landscape of enterprise procurement.
