This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations tailored to sales qualifications and the specific use cases of prospects.
• Assess solution compatibility by categorizing it as Green, Yellow, Red, or NA to inform sales investments.
• Organize and manage in-platform free trials alongside coaching sessions.
• Address technical inquiries and identify potential obstacles at an early stage.
• Keep up-to-date with knowledge of the Immersive platform and competitor technologies.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings and structured onboarding within the initial two months.
• Offer basic integration assistance using documentation and standard connectors, escalating deeper technical requirements to Support.
• Conduct check-ins and coaching sessions in the first and second months.
• Host webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to enhance user adoption.
• Assist in transitioning Standard customers to the Immersive One Core platform.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable enablement content and self-service resources.
• Reconnect on expansion opportunities through demonstrations and trial coaching.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations teams.
• Advocate for the customer perspective to product, content, and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, AI developments, trends, and new technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technical customer-facing position.
• Essential experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Ideally possess experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity setting.
• Comfortable managing high volumes of work and executing repeatable processes across numerous accounts within tight deadlines.
• Confident in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including during webinars and bootcamps.
• Capable of quickly qualifying and prioritizing tasks while conveying technical concepts clearly and without jargon.
• Proficient in IT fundamentals, encompassing computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Knowledgeable about information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Experienced in delivering onboarding, enablement, or large-scale sessions.
• Familiar with product-led growth (PLG) or digitally-driven customer strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM, as well as public cloud environments is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Must possess the right to work in the region without sponsorship.
