Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Guide clients and potential clients through the exploration and assessment of Caseware solutions.

• Act as a trusted consultant for accounting firms and organizations as they navigate technology modernization.

• Assist customers in software evaluations and demonstrate how emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, can enhance efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with account management, training, professional services, support, and product teams.

• Contribute ideas to a global solutions consulting strategy.

• Work alongside Account Managers to aid prospects and clients in evaluating and planning their Caseware implementations.

• Conduct presentations, trials, and pilots, coordinating with technical or product experts.

• Develop and maintain product demo strategies and assets that focus on value and benefits.

• Support customer migration strategies from current accounting and audit platforms to Caseware cloud solutions.

• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams.

• Oversee the resolution of customer issues related to access, licenses, accounts, and escalated support.

• Maintain product knowledge bases, evaluation toolkits, and related resources.

• Design and implement scalable processes and systems while assisting with internal improvement initiatives.

• Attend conferences and events, nurture customer relationships, and keep abreast of industry standards and trends.

• Engage in speaking opportunities and contribute to thought-leadership events or publications as comfortable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in preparing financial statements or executing External Audit or Assurance engagements, or at least 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company serving the Accounting Profession.

• Familiarity with or a strong interest in AI-driven accounting solutions and the ability to discuss AI applications in accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.

• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to comprehend and interpret stakeholder needs.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks.

• Resourceful self-starter with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

• Solid understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or eagerness to learn.

• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the UK.

• Preferred qualifications: direct CaseWare experience, Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification, experience in technology adoption/training/methodology, sales methodology expertise, project/product/program management experience, practical experience with AI tools, accounting and financial-process expertise, CRM experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, as well as experience in process documentation and improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (desirable).
