Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and solution design for deployment and integration strategies alongside a Client Engagement Manager.

• Participate actively during key phases, such as initial deployment, significant expansions, and FDT opportunities.

• Manage the technical narrative across carrier accounts.

• Create defect tickets that include clear reproduction steps, sample payloads, and a comparison of expected versus actual behavior.

• Examine API payloads for inaccuracies and potential data loss.

• Conduct smoke tests to ensure that changes satisfy carrier requirements prior to release.

• Keep versioned workflow documentation and field-level mapping specifications up to date.

• Track account health using production data and SQL to monitor capture rates and identify anomalies.

• Oversee internal incident management for carrier accounts.

• Relay important information and insights to the Client Engagement team.

• Gradually assume more responsibility for the technical relationship with carrier accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and APIs.

• Ability to analyze payloads, write queries, and navigate a relational data model effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client-facing position, such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Some familiarity with AI or machine learning-driven products.

• Confidence in explaining AI features to carriers.

• A proactive, humble builder’s mindset.

• Eagerness to develop and take on additional responsibilities.

• Experience in P&C insurance or insurtech is advantageous but not mandatory.
