Solutions & Communications Architect – Fractional Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Thoroughly comprehend the problem prior to initiating the development process.

• Architect the complete system, encompassing verification, safeguarding, connectivity, and tracking of individuals and data.

• Establish approval checkpoints to ensure sensitive information is not transmitted without human authorization.

• Implement a functional pilot with monitoring, contingency plans, and proof of effectiveness.

• Evaluate team outputs and halt or redirect any unsafe or incomplete tasks.

• Maintain thorough documentation of decisions, risks, and suggested next actions.

• Undertake an intensive full-time initial month of development, followed by ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the system, dedicating approximately 8 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in solution, enterprise, integration, platform, or security architecture.

• Proven history of developing AI-enabled workflows, case/work-management systems, or automated systems with audit trails.

• Strong understanding of identity/access management, data protection, and least-privilege principles.

• Experience in creating secure systems for multiple clients or organizations while ensuring data segregation.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for analysis and design, maintaining personal oversight of the work.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical decisions to non-technical executives.
