CSR, Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and implement new CSR initiatives from the initial concept to execution and evaluation of results.

• Take charge of and enhance OBRIO's current initiatives.

• Develop external CSR communications and public relations strategies in collaboration with the PR team.

• Generate newsworthy angles and prepare press releases, PR materials, and media pitches.

• Investigate relevant awards and nominations, prepare submissions, and craft OBRIO cases for the professional community.

• Build partnerships with foundations, NGOs, media outlets, and other organizations.

• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with Design, Legal, Finance, SMM, Brand, Engagement, and HR teams.

• Expand OBRIO's CSR portfolio and social initiatives.

• Enhance the brand's public visibility through media coverage and professional accolades.

• Amplify social impact and bolster OBRIO's reputation as a leader in socially significant initiatives.

• Directly report to Solomiia Kopets, CSR Lead at OBRIO.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management.

• Background in public relations, CSR, communications, or the non-profit sector, ideally with a focus on social initiatives.

• Proven experience in managing social or charitable projects from inception through planning, launch, and evaluation of results.

• Experience engaging with external stakeholders, such as foundations, NGOs, charitable organizations, media, and other partners.

• Strong practical skills in PR and external communications: writing press releases and PR materials, crafting news angles, and pitching to the media.

• Familiarity with developing and executing CSR/ESG initiatives and communication strategies.

• Alignment with OBRIO's core values (GREAT).

• Proficiency in AI tools that are part of the candidate's workflow, including Claude, Cursor, CodeRabbit, OpenRouter, AWS Bedrock, NotebookLM, N8N, Gemini, OpenAI, HeyGen, Arcads, Krea, Runway, Kling, and ElevenLabs.

• Experience in public sector communications or established professional contacts is a plus.
