Solutions Architecture Regional Leader – APAC

📋 Description

• Cultivate and motivate the APAC Solutions Consulting team.

• Recruit, guide, and mentor the Solutions Architecture team in customer engagement, technical strategy, and excellence in execution.

• Steer the overall direction of the organization.

• Take direct ownership of technical strategy, intricate solutions, and execution for strategic accounts.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and RVP for the AMER business to comprehend the pipeline and proactively drive opportunities to closure.

• Develop processes to assess performance and impact, optimizing the team for changing business needs.

• Travel to customer locations or conferences for executive-level discussions, technical workshops, and relationship development.

• Build robust relationships with key decision-makers and establish credibility within customer organizations.

• Work collaboratively across functions with sales, professional services, product, and engineering teams as a trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of pre-sales leadership experience with direct responsibility for team performance and coaching.

• More than 8 years of customer-facing technical experience (Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting) within a SaaS environment.

• Strong technical expertise in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Rust, or Node.js).

• Demonstrated history of directly influencing key metrics: Technical Win Rate, Deal Acceleration, and Customer Retention.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about ensuring customer success, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time for customer engagements, workshops, and internal collaboration.

• Fluency in Mandarin and a professional level of English are required.
