Solutions Architect – Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of experts engaged in complex customer-facing initiatives

• Develop and implement new strategies to enhance the performance of the Solution Architect team across the Americas

• Establish the local authority in technical customer management responsibilities

• Create deployment solutions for the Pentera platform within sophisticated customer settings

• Facilitate in-depth technical sessions with cybersecurity specialists, guiding them through penetration testing methodologies and remediation tactics

• Keep an extensive understanding of security trends, threats, and attack vectors to improve customer results and the Pentera platform

• Serve as a product authority centered on customer education, promoting adoption and identifying opportunities for service expansion

• Address user issues or dissatisfaction with products or services to ensure ongoing customer loyalty

• Connect customers with internal Product, R&D, and Support teams, highlighting persistent issues and driving platform enhancements

• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships, contributing to retention and growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in penetration testing or red team operations, with a thorough grasp of cybersecurity principles

• A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role overseeing technical teams

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar

• Capability to convey complex technical information to audiences with varying levels of expertise

• Skilled in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative, outside-the-box thinking

• Independent, self-motivated learner, team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer and business requirements

• CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent certifications are considered advantageous
