Solutions Architect – Service Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and creation of service offerings and packaged solutions utilizing NGFW, Prisma SASE, and SD-WAN technologies.

• Establish comprehensive solution architectures, encompassing deployment models, integration patterns, and operational frameworks.

• Develop scalable and repeatable service blueprints for internal teams, partners, and customers.

• Manage the offer lifecycle from concept to launch, which includes validation, pricing alignment, and go-to-market readiness.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on field and customer insights.

• Work alongside go-to-market teams to empower sales through solution collateral, reference architectures, and value messaging.

• Co-create and implement joint service offerings with strategic partners, including service providers, managed service providers, and telecommunications companies.

• Provide technical leadership in engagements with customers and partners regarding offer positioning and adoption.

• Establish best practices for SD-WAN and SASE deployments, focusing on multi-cloud, hybrid, and branch transformation use cases.

• Ensure that offerings are in alignment with trends in Zero Trust, AI-driven security, and autonomous operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in network security, solutions architecture, or similar technical roles.

• Extensive expertise in Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

• Profound knowledge of SASE architectures (SSE, CASB, ZTNA).

• In-depth understanding of SD-WAN technologies and their deployment models.

• Demonstrated experience in developing service offerings, managed services, or packaged solutions.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, VPNs, segmentation, and cloud networking.

• Experience collaborating with service providers, managed service providers, or large enterprise environments.

• Ability to convert technical capabilities into business value and user-friendly offers.

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
