Solutions Architect, Python, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Building and developing a new engineering team responsible for strategic product areas.

• Defining the technical direction and ensuring the quality of solutions.

• Collaborating with Product Managers to analyze business needs, prioritize tasks, and plan work.

• Designing and developing solutions in Python and Go.

• Participating in the implementation of key functionalities and supporting the team in resolving complex technical challenges.

• Working with backend, platform, and infrastructure teams.

• Defining integration architecture and API contracts.

• Overseeing the delivery of functionalities from conception to production deployment.

• Developing processes that ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

• Mentoring, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Participating in recruitment and enhancing the skills of new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager while remaining close to the code.

• Proven experience in delivering and developing production systems used by business clients.

• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineers.

• Proficient knowledge of Python and Go with active participation in writing production code.

• Experience in designing and developing distributed backend systems.

• Familiarity with API design, system integrations, and collaboration among technical teams.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage the backlog.

• Experience working with product teams and establishing priorities and scope of solutions.

• Commitment to code quality through code reviews, testing, and good engineering practices.

• Ability to analyze and resolve issues in production environments.

• Knowledge of monitoring, telemetry, testing, and safe deployment processes.

• Familiarity with Git and practices related to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

• Proficient communication in English at a minimum level of B2/C1.

• Experience in networking, network security, or infrastructure systems is preferred but not required.

• At least 5 years of experience.
