Solutions Architect – OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team and the custom design solutions group to assess new offerings and manage qualification and certification submissions.

• Work closely with the OEM to foster a robust and positive partnership, align on expectations, promptly address issues, and ensure flawless project completion.

• Analyze intricate server or computing platforms at a comprehensive system level to deliver premier solutions.

• Manage multiple technical cases and client priorities concurrently, ensuring all requirements are met with exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Review schematics, block diagrams, diagnostic data, manufacturing test results, and thermal or electrical measurements to determine root causes and provide effective solutions.

• Propel advancements in server architecture by enhancing CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, power delivery, cooling, and high-speed interconnects.

• Operate from the Round Rock area and travel as necessary to achieve project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or in a similar technical position.

• Hands-on experience in identifying issues within complex server or computing environments across the entire system.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client engagements and technical cases at the same time while maintaining clear priorities and strong follow-through.

• Strong understanding of server architecture, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, power delivery, cooling, and high-speed interconnects.

• Proficient in interpreting schematics, block diagrams, diagnostic logs, test results, and measurement data.

• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to convert complex technical data into clear recommendations and collaborate effectively with both business and engineering teams.

• Direct experience supporting NVIDIA HGX, DGX, or MGX platforms or similar GPU-accelerated data center systems.

• Background in designing, deploying, qualifying, or supporting AI infrastructure and solutions in enterprise or data center settings.

• Familiarity with ARM-based systems, NVIDIA GPUs, system firmware, and diagnostic automation utilizing Python or shell scripting.
