Solutions Architect – Observability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish enterprise observability frameworks

• Evaluate monitoring and telemetry systems

• Develop strategies pertaining to Application Performance Management (APM)

• Review solutions based on OpenTelemetry

• Analyze observability platforms like Dynatrace and Zabbix

• Execute technical assessments and comparative studies

• Perform feasibility analyses

• Draft specialized technical reports

• Formulate strategies for advancing the enterprise observability framework

• Create Reference Architecture Documents

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in defining observability frameworks

• Background in defining or assessing monitoring and telemetry systems

• Familiarity with APM

• Experience in defining or evaluating solutions that utilize OpenTelemetry

• Knowledge of observability platforms, including Dynatrace and Zabbix

• Experience in conducting technical assessments, comparative studies, and feasibility analyses of observability solutions

• ENNA 300-445 — Enterprise Network Assurance (preferred)

• Dynatrace Implementation/Administration Professional (preferred)

• OTCA — OpenTelemetry (preferred)
