Solutions Architect – NVIDIA Cloud Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to design, implement, and operationalize NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.

• Work alongside Sales Account Managers and business leaders to identify and secure opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions.

• Serve as the primary technical support during the development, construction, and production phases of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Organize technical customer meetings to discuss project and product details, features, new technologies, and debugging processes.

• Create proofs of concept with customers by developing networking and computing infrastructure.

• Prepare and present technical content, including presentations and workshops.

• Analyze and develop collaborative solutions for customer performance and scaling challenges.

• Offer recommendations to business and engineering teams based on customer feedback regarding product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in Solution Engineering (or similar Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering) directly with partners and customers.

• Proficient in crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.

• Practical knowledge in data center design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.

• Strong motivation and skills to own and lead technical engagements with customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

• Excellent time management abilities with the capability to balance multiple tasks.

• Strong ability to clearly articulate ideas through written documents and presentations.

• Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA hardware, including GPUs, ETH/IB networking components, and storage, in large AI and HPC cluster environments.

• Understanding of NVIDIA systems technology such as NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control, Base Command Manager, etc.

• Experience with large-scale GPU systems, including performance testing and AI benchmarking.

• Practical experience in cluster administration and coordination, including SLURM and K8s.
