This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Assist European prospects and clients in comprehending technically robust solutions and developing workflows supported by ScorePlay.
β’ Collaborate with Sales across EMEA to identify requirements, respond to technical inquiries, manage RFP submissions, and foster trust with media, production, and IT stakeholders.
β’ Take full ownership of ScorePlayβs responses to RFPs and tenders throughout EMEA.
β’ Compile RFP documentation and liaise with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
β’ Act as the technical representative during intricate evaluations, encompassing archive migration and multi-system environments.
β’ Engage in technical sales cycles to identify limitations, map workflows, and determine the best approach.
β’ Convert customer objectives into comprehensive workflows that include capture, ingest, management in ScorePlay, and distribution.
β’ Create architecture diagrams and workflow charts.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on deal assessments and cost estimations.
β’ Develop documentation, templates, and technical resources for the Sales team.
β’ Address technical inquiries from regional sales representatives.
β’ Provide insights on recurring workflow trends and customer limitations back to Product and Tech teams.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with systems integrators and workflow vendors.
β’ Coordinate with partners when solutions involve multiple stakeholders.
β’ Work alongside the Deployment Engineer to guarantee smooth transitions post-signature.
β’ Occasionally engage directly with customers to facilitate progress.
β’ Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical role with direct customer interaction.
β’ Background as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Account Manager, or an engineer involved in pre-sales and design activities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Familiarity with media, broadcast, or Media Asset Management workflows is advantageous.
β’ Comfort in evaluating deal scopes, trade-offs, and complexity factors is a plus.
β’ Inquisitive, self-reliant, and adaptable in environments where processes are still evolving.
β’ Capable of representing ScorePlay credibly and communicating trade-offs transparently.
β’ Thoughtful application of AI technologies.
β’ Reside within approximately an hour of a major international airport.
β’ Willingness to travel about 20β30% of the time.
β’ Work authorization or visa sponsorship status must be clearly stated in the application.
β’ Travel approximately 20β30% of the time to client locations and industry conferences.
