Solutions Architect – Data Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Drive technical engagement with enterprise clients and partners across various industries.

• Connect customer workloads to NVIDIA’s hardware and software ecosystem.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and facilitate the adoption and scaling of NVIDIA platforms.

• Manage technical partnerships and enablement with a strong focus on presales activities.

• Assist customers in reimagining enterprise processes using Agentic AI on the NVIDIA platform.

• Provide technical engagement, enablement, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and support for executive relationships.

• Engage with developers, scientific researchers, data scientists, IT managers, and senior leadership.

• Enable developers to adopt NVIDIA NeMo and NIM for generative AI offerings, platforms, and client services.

• Collaborate with enterprise clients and partners to co-design scalable architectures, including technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment strategies.

• Partner with Solutions Architects, engineering, product, and business teams to create comprehensive generative AI solutions.

• Lead technical engagements, resolve complex issues, and advocate for customer technical requirements.

• Create and execute proofs of concept and demonstrations, including Python data pipelines, AI/deep-learning model training, and containerized deployment.

• Develop training programs for partners and Solutions Architects, and author whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles.

• Collaborate with APAC regional and headquarters engineering, product, and sales teams to devise solutions.

• Conduct NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute and Skills Transfer sessions for customers, OEMs, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Data Scientist focused on AI/DL/ML, developing or supporting customer-facing projects.

• Proficiency in computer vision, conversational AI, or data analytics technologies.

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, another Engineering field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong customer-facing, presales, consulting, and technical expertise with AI/ML/Big Data frameworks.

• Over 5 years of work-related experience in deep learning, data science, or software development.

• Knowledge of parallel computing using GPUs.

• Significant development experience with RAG and workflows for Agentic AI applications.

• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating LLMs.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and data-center compute, storage, and networking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with management and engineering teams and share knowledge with clients, partners, and colleagues.

• Capacity to work remotely and plan effectively while collaborating with a small team.

• Experience leading technical teams with partners or customers, or consulting/advisory experience in AI is a plus.

• Project management and stakeholder coordination experience in AI/Data Science is advantageous.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA SDK platform, NeMo, NIM, ML/DL frameworks, and MLOps tools is beneficial.

• Experience with cloud-based solution design, APIs, microservices, orchestration platforms, storage solutions, and data migration techniques is a plus.
