Solutions Architect, AWS Connect – CCaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical authority during the pre-sales phase.

• Collaborate with the Contact Center Platform Architecture team and prospective clients to design and define tailored solutions.

• Lead the technical scoping during pre-sales and offer technical assistance to the sales team.

• Evaluate customer needs and suggest optimal utilization of Zendesk products and services.

• Develop estimates and proposals for professional services related to new customer solutions.

• Articulate complex technical ideas to both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.

• Maintain extensive technical knowledge of Zendesk's Contact Center product range.

• Facilitate technical discussions and deliver expert recommendations.

• Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience working with CCaaS architecture and AWS (Connect or Services) environments.

• Significant experience and certification in AWS Connect and/or AWS services within a CCaaS context (mandatory).

• Prior experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar position in a CCaaS setting that supports AWS environments (mandatory).

• Practical experience in building, migrating, and deploying intricate cloud-based solutions.

• Strong technical foundation in cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Connect, SaaS applications, and enterprise-level solution architecture.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining AWS environments.

• Capability to convert customer business goals into a detailed technical solution and comprehensive project estimate.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.

• Ability to convey value and establish trust with potential customers.
