Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic implementation of contracted services for clients and partners.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into business needs and requirements.

• Design solution architectures that integrate with the Workiva Platform.

• Implement standardized solutions that meet the specifications of clients and partners.

• Engage directly with clients and partners.

• Maintain expertise in financial, risk, and operational reporting within the Workiva Platform through training.

• Provide mentorship to peers and Associates while assisting with onboarding processes.

• Configure and install technical systems, applications, and process designs.

• Manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and coordinate training for client users.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of installed systems.

• Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.

• Offer constructive feedback to product and professional services teams for continual improvement.

• Deliver installation support remotely or collaborate with clients on-site.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related area.

• An advanced degree may be accepted in place of professional experience.

• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions is preferred.

• Practical experience with the Workiva platform, SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures is preferred.

• Consultant-level experience at a service-oriented company or in public accounting is preferred.

• Capability to influence and drive changes in business processes.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is advantageous.

• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain customer-first relationships.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Access to reliable internet while working remotely is required.

• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
