Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, architecture, and deployment strategies for technical solutions tailored to enterprise clients.

• Partner with presales and sales teams to craft and present compelling solution proposals.

• Perform architecture evaluations, risk assessments, and gap analyses to recommend appropriate technology stacks.

• Guide and mentor junior architects and developers on best practices and design methodologies.

• Create and sustain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, data flow models, and integration frameworks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine project scopes, and validate the feasibility of solutions.

• Investigate and assess emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.

• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory standards.

• Manage vendor relationships, assess third-party solutions, and negotiate contract terms.

• Drive continuous enhancement of architectural processes and knowledge management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture across various industries.

• Proven track record in leading presales initiatives and securing high-value contracts.

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

• Proficient in designing microservices, API-first integration, and DevOps pipelines.

• Demonstrated capability to convey intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Comprehensive understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) and data privacy legislation.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in mentoring and developing high-performance technical teams.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Enterprise Architect) or equivalent practical experience.
