📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic discovery initiatives with enterprise clients to craft customized workflow frameworks and establish enduring digital strategies.

• Serve as the main technical liaison and mentor among Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to facilitate new product launches.

• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and enhance internal consulting environments.

• Address complex architectural escalations while promoting ongoing process improvements across client engagements.

• Partner with strategic enterprise clients to identify needs, architect comprehensive system workflows, and transform intricate business challenges into digital solutions.

• Function as a strategic connector between customer vision, implementation delivery, and product innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (Spectrum ERP).

• More than 10 years of professional consulting experience specifically in the construction sector.

• Extensive knowledge of construction business processes, particularly accounting principles (General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll) or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).

• Demonstrated history of managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and leading multi-project engagements.

• Strong knowledge of project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.

• Experience with Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools like Kantata (preferred).

• PMP certification or a formal background in instructional design and technical consulting (preferred).
