📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic discovery initiatives with enterprise clients to create customized workflow architectures and develop long-term digital strategies.

• Serve as the main technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams.

• Facilitate the introduction of new products.

• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies.

• Enhance internal consulting processes.

• Address complex architectural escalations.

• Promote continuous process improvements throughout client engagements.

• Work alongside strategic enterprise clients to identify needs and design comprehensive system workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing, training, and/or supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (B2W Estimate, Track, Maintain, Schedule).

• At least 5 years of professional consulting or training experience specifically within the construction sector.

• Extensive knowledge of construction business processes, including operational principles (Estimating, Site Management, Equipment Management) and/or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).

• Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and leading multi-project engagements.

• Strong understanding of project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• PMP certification or a formal background in instructional design and technical consulting is advantageous.
