Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design the architecture and overall framework for significant and strategic Salesforce-related initiatives.

• Establish the Salesforce platform architecture and comprehensive solution design across various Salesforce Clouds.

• Create Salesforce integration architecture utilizing standard integration methodologies.

• Engineer integrations between Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, and other enterprise systems.

• Assist and engage in governance processes for conceptual, logical, and physical architectures.

• Enable critical design decisions and ensure involvement from all stakeholders.

• Articulate the rationale and impact of architectural choices to senior management effectively.

• Participate actively in cross-functional Design Working Groups.

• Guarantee that programs, projects, and initiatives adhere to architectural governance protocols.

• Guide and mentor junior members of the Solution Architecture team.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations, and digital teams on global Customer Technology systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in design, encompassing methodologies, diagrams, analysis, and specifications.

• Background in large enterprise customer management architectures, particularly Salesforce products.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce platform architecture.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce components with enterprise applications like SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Master Data Management systems.

• Understanding of governance, standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
