This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in designing and constructing reliable, scalable systems utilizing MongoDB’s data platform.

• Create scalable and high-performance applications, systems, and infrastructure for extensive software projects.

• Provide guidance on MongoDB architectural patterns and optimization techniques while articulating business value.

• Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, opportunity prioritization, qualification, pipeline generation, technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation.

• Drive demand through technical initiatives, trade shows, and account-based marketing events.

• Cultivate customer relationships, develop champions, and ensure customer success and satisfaction.

• Innovate and enhance MongoDB solutions and processes by communicating field feedback to the product team.

• Mentor fellow Solutions Consulting team members.

• Participate in ongoing product and professional development training.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably with 2 years in a customer-facing role.

• At least 2 years of experience with modern scripting languages (such as Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or well-known programming languages (such as C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional setting.

• Experience in implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems both in the cloud and on-premises.

• Proven ability to assess complex application architectures and provide technological guidance to clients.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with a cross-functional sales team to develop and execute a complete deal cycle.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
