Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable solutions consultant, facilitating customer implementations and fostering adoption.

• Design and implement post-sales solutions encompassing analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure.

• Enhance tools and data management, including Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI self-service.

• Advise customer engineering teams on best practices for SDK and API usage.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges for both customers and internal teams.

• Develop playbooks and implementation guides to accelerate onboarding and increase usage.

• Collaborate across departments and engage with executives for in-depth technical evaluations and platform enhancements.

• Keep abreast of trends in crypto and fintech.

• Travel occasionally, approximately once each month.

• Support customers from the signing of the contract through to launch and scaling efforts.

• Work in close coordination with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, or relevant practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering.

• Ideally, experience leading implementations within a startup environment.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Practical experience in designing, utilizing, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in APIs, SDKs, and modern tools, including API management, reporting, and AI/automation.

• Familiarity with crypto and fintech, covering blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory aspects, and real-world applications.

• Experience on early-stage or founding teams is highly preferred.
