📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to evaluate their business and technical needs and recommend comprehensive solutions.

• Convert business requirements into a clear technical vision and oversee execution in alignment with client goals.

• Create technical documentation, including statements of work.

• Oversee the validation, delivery, and deployment of solutions.

• Provide education and mentorship to remote teams regarding solution designs and best practices.

• Convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing development, with a strong focus on solution architecture and design.

• Required experience or familiarity with banking, financial services, or fintech.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with back-end languages like Node.js, Python, and/or Ruby.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a solid understanding of the SaaS lifecycle.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams throughout agile development cycles.

• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards addressing client needs.

• Deep enthusiasm for AI development; consistently build, test, and utilize modern AI tools to automate workflows, enhance processes, and transform complex ideas into functional systems.

• Background in contact centers, telephony/VoIP, financial services, and/or healthcare technology.

• Familiarity with the implementation of serverless architecture, AI, big data, and other emerging technologies in enterprise technology stacks.

• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or solution architecture.
