Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the APAC region, serving as their main technical liaison.

• Oversee the entire implementation process, which includes project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination, system configuration, testing, and ensuring readiness for launch.

• Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders at customer organizations and convert business, security, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions.

• Track customer health, monitor usage, assess renewal risks, and identify opportunities for expansion.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to proactively mitigate risks.

• Configure and tailor Drata, integrate customer systems, assist in data migrations, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Provide guidance to customers on integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, development workflows, security tools, HR systems, and AI-enhanced compliance workflows.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, deliver quarterly business review technical insights, create documentation, and offer self-service support resources.

• Minimize engineering escalations by identifying issues, documenting platform behavior, and offering technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on user acceptance testing, bug reporting, feature requests, customer use cases, and regional specifications.

• Share insights on APAC customer trends and best practices through enablement initiatives and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of post-sales experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or equivalent positions within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven track record in managing complex, end-to-end enterprise implementations.

• Experience in customer-facing roles with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort in presenting, training, and troubleshooting with both technical and executive audiences.

• Preferred 5+ years of experience in security, compliance, GRC, or a related domain.

• Practical experience with AI-powered tools or platforms, especially in compliance or GRC workflows.

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

• Proficiency in REST APIs and JSON.

• Development or scripting experience with languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, Bash, Shell, or Unix.

• Experience collaborating across various functions, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, and Security teams.

• Must be based in or able to work hours that align with the APAC region.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Knowledge of APAC regulatory, data residency, or market requirements is an advantage.
