Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for DigiCert’s most crucial, intricate, and high-impact initiatives through technical architecture, system design, and cybersecurity expertise.

• Create scalable, enterprise-level trust architectures and secure solutions utilizing DigiCert products and platforms.

• Facilitate technical architecture discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and future-state design workshops with enterprise clients.

• Tackle challenges related to integration, automation, compliance, and lifecycle management.

• Assess system designs to ensure adherence to performance, resilience, and security best practices.

• Align DigiCert solutions with the cybersecurity practices of strategic partners and leverage technology alliance integrations.

• Engage with senior cybersecurity stakeholders and represent DigiCert technically in high-value opportunities.

• Assist in executive-level discussions surrounding security, trust, and risk management.

• Convert customer architecture requirements into product feedback and collaborate with Product Management on roadmap decisions.

• Identify architectural deficiencies and suggest solutions or product improvements.

• Collaborate on emerging capabilities and AI-driven use cases, including the adoption of secure and responsible AI.

• Utilize AI to expedite architecture design, documentation, research, competitive analysis, and the development of reusable reference architectures.

• Empower sales engineers and account executives with AI-enhanced technical materials and solution guidance.

• Take ownership of architecture, system design, trust models, and technical strategy while supporting strategic deals and product alignment.

• Enhance outcomes for strategic opportunities, minimize technical risks, and promote repeatable architecture and AI-enhanced workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, digital trust, PKI, identity management, and secure architectures.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, automation, and cloud/hybrid environments.

• Proven capability to convey complex designs to both executive and technical audiences.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to boost efficiency, insight, and solution quality.

• Influential, collaborative, and adept at working across various organizational boundaries.

• Anticipated travel requirement of 25–30%.
